Started in early 2023, 1delta is working on making DeFi more accessible and bringing crypto trading on-chain, enabling users to easily trade from their wallet and benefit from more advanced DeFi strategies delivered as retail-friendly products.

Supported by DeFi leaders and top-tier projects, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a dynamic CMO to help grow our user base from 1,000 MAU to 100,000 MAU.

The Role

We’re looking for a versatile Head of Marketing/CMO who understands Web3 dynamics, crypto trading, and how to execute growth strategies in a fast-paced startup. You’ll lead marketing efforts, build a team, and collaborate with third-party partners to establish 1delta as a leader in DeFi.

You will further be responsible for our upcoming token launch campaign, a major product release in 2025, and various co-marketing with existing and future integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Design and execute scalable marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.
• Team Building: Lead and expand the marketing team, leveraging in-house talent and external partners.
• Community Engagement: Build and engage an active Web3 user base via platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Brand Development: Position 1delta as a trusted DeFi platform through strong branding and storytelling.Campaign Execution: Oversee all aspects of marketing, including content, social media, partnerships, and paid ads.
• Analytics: Track and optimize marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
